Intrusion alarm
In a 4 BHK: Contacts on the main door and balcony doors, motion sensors in living areas, panic buttons and a siren, on Hikvision or Ajax.
With the automation: Arming Away can switch lights off and cameras to alert mode; integration with CCTV and smart lighting is optional.

- Should a 4 BHK use KNX or Zigbee?
- Choose by construction stage, not by size. If the walls are still open, KNX can be wired before plastering and suits a whole-home design. If the home is finished, Zigbee works with your existing wiring and can be added room by room. The two can also be combined.
- Why is there no KNX price in the planner?
- A KNX system is designed around the home: keypads, actuators, bus cabling, panel space and commissioning. We price it from the design after the ₹3,000 site visit, which is adjusted against your final invoice.
