Plan your villa wiring before interiors start
Send us your floor plan. We return a written wiring plan that prevents the rework most owners discover too late. Free until 31 July for select Bangalore communities.
No site visit required. Floor plan in — written plan out.
The rework problem
When wiring is missed or mis-placed before interiors close up, fixing it is not a small job.
Breaking false ceiling and walls
Adding a network drop after the ceiling is closed means opening it up, threading conduit, patching, repainting. A one-point job becomes a day's disruption.
Exposed surface conduit
Where breaking in is too expensive, the cable gets run in surface conduit. It works. It is never as clean as a concealed run, and in a premium finish it is always visible.
Wireless workarounds
Wi-Fi mesh extended into corners that should have had an access point drop. Extra latency, coverage dead-zones, one more device on a power socket.
Points missing exactly where wanted
Home office that ends up with a cable run on the floor. EV charger location with no conduit. Gate camera with no network drop at the post.
We see this on most retrofits we're called for. The fix at that stage is always more expensive and never as clean. The planning window is narrow: shell complete, before false ceiling and tiling. That's the window this consultation is designed for.
How the consultation works
Three steps. No site visit required.
-
Send us your floor plan over WhatsApp
PDF or JPG of your floor plan — we need it to calibrate the layout before we place anything. Along with it, tell us your specifics: number of bedrooms, home office, planned EV charger location, outdoor cameras, gate side, and how much automation you're planning (smart switches only, full automation panel, etc.).

We return a written wiring plan
Room-by-room CAT6 drop locations, device placement, switch and patch panel placement, outdoor and gate-side cabling. Delivered as a PDF in Homezee's proposal format. Typically 3–5 working days from floor plan received.
-
Standard revisions included
Revisions to drop locations and routing are part of the consultation. Substantial additions — a second-floor plan not provided initially, complex multi-system overlays — are quoted separately and paid in advance before the additional work begins.
What you receive — the wiring plan
A PDF in Homezee's proposal format. Yours to keep; works with any qualified contractor.
- Your floor plan annotated with CAT6 drop locations
Every network point placed and labelled on your actual plan, so the contractor knows exactly where to rough-in conduit.
- Room-by-room device placement
TV, AC, automation panel, smart switch positions, planned camera and access-point locations, future-proofed drops.
- Network cabinet and patch panel placement
Location, sizing, and power requirements for the central network termination point.
- Outdoor and gate-side cabling
Camera positions, EV charger conduit, gate intercom, and any outdoor access-point locations.
- Notes on your specific requirements
Any project-specific decisions, trade-offs noted, or recommendations flagged for your attention before execution begins.
What your wiring plan looks like
The plan is produced in Homezee's proposal format — annotated floor plan, room-by-room device placement, drop locations marked. This is what you receive at the end of the consultation.
Example site report
For customers who choose Homezee to execute the wiring — what the photographic record looks like.
If you choose Homezee to execute
The wiring plan is yours regardless. Here is what changes if you also engage us to install it.
We photograph every stage
Before wiring begins, during installation at every drop and conduit run, and after completion. Not a highlight reel — a complete record.
You receive a site report at the end
A structured document tying the photographs back to your wiring plan — room by room, drop by drop. If there's ever a question about what's behind a wall, you have the answer.
A permanent record of what's behind your walls
Ten years from now, if you renovate, sell, or extend — you know exactly where every cable runs. Most contractors don't produce this. We do, because the customers we serve expect that level of accountability.
Same team plans, executes, and documents
No subcontracting. The team that writes your wiring plan is the team on site. Deviations from plan are flagged and agreed before they happen, not discovered after.
Consultation pricing
The villa wiring consultation is a paid professional service. During this launch period, it is available at no charge for residents of select Bangalore villa communities where Homezee has existing customers.

Why Homezee
Documented design before any work begins
This offer applies the same principle earlier in your journey — before your contractor even breaks ground on conduit. A written plan is the difference between a wiring job you can verify and one you have to take on trust.
No subcontracting
The same team writes your plan, installs your wiring, and produces your site report. We don't hand your project to a crew we didn't train.

Frequently asked
- Why is the consultation free now but paid later?
- It's a launch promotion for residents of select Bangalore villa communities where Homezee has existing customers. After 31 July 2026, the consultation returns to its standard paid rate. There is no coupon code, no catch — it's a time-limited offer to build reference customers in communities we're actively working in.
- What if my villa is already partly finished?
- We can still produce a plan, but options narrow rapidly once the false ceiling is in. Surface conduit and wireless workarounds become the only routes for anything missed. The plan is most valuable before false-ceiling work begins — that's the window we're designed for.
- Do I have to use Homezee for the wiring itself?
- No. The wiring plan is yours to keep and works with any qualified contractor. We'd prefer you choose us to execute, and we'll make that case when the time comes — but the plan stands on its own.
- What's the site report you mention?
- The site report is a photographic record produced for Homezee execution customers — before, during, and after the wiring work, traceable back to the plan room by room. It is not part of the free consultation; it comes with choosing Homezee to install the wiring.
- What counts as a customisation that requires advance payment?
- Standard revisions to drop locations and routing are included. Substantial additions — a second-floor plan not provided at the start, complex multi-system overlays (automation, AV, security all on one drawing set) — are quoted as additional design scope and paid before we begin that work.
- How long does the consultation take?
- Typically 3–5 working days from when we receive your floor plan to when we deliver the completed wiring plan PDF.
